Built around real operations

More than just driving from A to B.

We run MTT like a structured virtual transport company: with dispatching, facilities, training, telemetry and clear responsibilities.

The goal is not to turn ETS2 into paperwork. The goal is to give every trip more context: where the load comes from, who planned it, which site is responsible and how the company develops over time.

What defines MTT

What defines MTT

A calm, realistic playstyle backed by systems that make the company feel alive.

01

Own Telemetry

Trips, costs, fuel, events and live data are recorded by our own telemetry stack.

02

Dispatch & Facilities

Customer requests, trips, depots, inventory and site operations are connected instead of isolated.

03

Team & Growth

Training, clear responsibilities and different areas give people room to find the role that suits them.

Careers

Your role can be more than just driver.

Driving stays at the heart of MTT, but dispatch, Pilot Service, Media, HR, training and site operations create different ways to contribute.

How we drive

How we drive

Simple rules, consistent style.

80

Road rules first

Realistic road behaviour and a normal maximum speed of roughly 80–90 km/h.

MT

Visible, not bunched up

We prefer smaller groups and a broad presence on the map instead of giant traffic jams.

RP

Roleplay is optional

Realism is welcome, but nobody has to perform a character to be part of the company.

Partner Network

Together, without losing identity.

Selected partner companies work with MTT through shared systems and operational connections.
