Choose the area that fits you. Every area has clear responsibilities. Choose what fits your strengths and what you enjoy doing.
Drive scheduled and available transports, represent MTT on the road and use our telemetry as part of normal operations.
Turn customer demand into workable trips, plan assignments and keep an eye on drivers, depots and cargo.
Guide probation drivers, review training requirements and help new members understand our driving and operating standards.
Work with applications, driver files, probation, cases and exits while keeping personnel processes structured and fair.
Take operational responsibility for one or more depots: staff roles, inventory, infrastructure and day-to-day site readiness.
Plan routes, support special transports and help prepare events, meeting points and briefings.
Create news, screenshots, clips, event coverage and social content that shows MTT from the outside without turning it into generic advertising.
How we work
We like realistic operations and clear responsibilities, but MTT should stay enjoyable. Nobody is expected to turn an evening in ETS2 into a second full-time job.
